Free Unlimited Remote Support
We offer free unlimited remote support during business hours for moves, adds, and changes, software and security updates, system monitoring, and nightly backups of the PBX. Our friendly and responsive technicians are also available 24/7 for paid emergency support.
Desk-to-Mobile Connectivity
Our “Follow Me” feature forwards calls to an employee’s mobile phone if they do not answer on their desk phone. Additionally, employees can take their desk phones anywhere, as long as an internet connection is available.
Auto-Email Functionality
Our “Voicemail to Email” feature automatically sends voicemails recorded on the PBX to any specified email address. Furthermore, our solution supports inbound faxes, which can be automatically emailed in PDF format.
Microsoft Teams Integration
Our solution integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, allowing your employees to make and receive business calls directly from their smartphones or laptops using the Teams app. The integration also enables productivity features such as click-to-dial from Microsoft Outlook, call pop-ups with customer information, and call recording. Please note that a separate Microsoft Phone System license is required.

The “Auto Attendant” feature functions like a virtual receptionist, handling incoming calls with customized automated greetings and menu options, and directing callers to the appropriate department or person through automatic call distribution (ACD) queues.
